Yes, both the head and the base are magnetic. Use the head to retrieve small steel parts and the base to attach the light to a magnetic metal surface for hands-free illumination.

How far does it extend?

The telescoping shaft extends from approximately 6.7 to 22 inches (17 to 56 cm). Reach into awkward spaces behind furniture or inside engine bays, then retract it for easy storage.

Can I angle the head into tight spots?

Yes. The flexible neck bends to position the light and magnetic tip around obstacles. Aim the beam into cramped spaces and bring the magnet closer to hard-to-reach parts.

What can the magnetic head pick up?
